Our History

The ARC is a non-profit organization charged with the enforcement of the Covenants to help preserve the unique quality of our development. We work closely with residents and city officials to maintain and enhance common areas and property values. Administrative and operational costs are offset through fees collected in conjunction with Architectural and Landscape Applications. The balance of the collected fees are saved in an account to be used for carrying out our responsibilities under the declaration.

Per our By-Laws, the ARC is to be comprised of no less than three and no more than seven Directors. The role of these volunteer positions is outlined in the Covenants, Easements and Restrictions that each homeowner should have received at their respective closing and/or when Newland re-issued the documents dated 4/02/07. The processes we follow are detailed in the Covenants.
