Application submission

• Did you review the Design Guidelines for your specific project?
• Complete the application form with proposed improvements.
• Attach a copy of the Physical Survey with the proposed improvements indicated on survey (survey provided to you at closing or available at Tega Cay Development Services Office.
• Scan* & email the documents to the ARC committee members for review ( karlscha@gmail.com )
• The ARC committee board members will review the lot modifications and issue an approval or disapproval.
• *Please scan as PDF. Photos of applications use a large amount of printer ink and may delay processing time.
